Do you sell solid gold?

No. Daily-wear 316 stainless steel with a thick PVD coat — gold-tone, silver-tone, or rose. Meant to look finished at work and at dinner, not to sit in a locker. We say that on every piece so nobody is surprised.

Will they go black in three weeks?

Cheap flash plating will. We use steel and a thicker PVD coat so they last through ordinary days. Wipe after sweat and perfume. We do not claim waterproof-forever. If a piece fails early, WhatsApp us with the order id.

Why only one piece? I want to browse.

Browsing is how you end up with jewellery that does not match the outfit. Send the photo. We pick one from the tray. You can ask for one other pick. The tray is on the site if you insist — it is not the front door.

Is a person looking at my photo, or a bot?

A person packs. On the site we read the colour of the cloth, then pick from a small tray. Before it leaves, we look at your photo on WhatsApp. If the piece is wrong, we swap.

Do you remember my last outfit?

Accepted Answer

On this phone, yes — after you place an order. The next pick uses the same rules (no dangling, wrist left alone, the finish that sat). No account. Forget it under Looks on this phone. A person still looks before it leaves.

Question 7

Do you store my outfit photo?

Accepted Answer

The live photo stays in this browser so we can show the pick. A small thumb may stay in the house book on this phone. We do not run an account. When you pay, send the photo on WhatsApp with the order so we can pack against it. We do not need it for ads.

Can I pay on delivery?

Accepted Answer

No. UPI, card, net banking, or a wallet. We buy and pack after the screenshot. No COD.

How long does packing take?

Packed in 3–5 days after pay. Nearby, we can hand it over. No COD.

Do bangles come in sizes?

Accepted Answer

Earrings are one size. Cuffs are open. Chains clasp. Bangles are a light everyday slip-on — not a graded temple kara. If you know you need a large round, WhatsApp us before you pay.

What if it does not sit with the outfit?

Before it leaves, we look at your photo. If the piece is wrong, we swap from the tray. After it arrives: if a finish fails early, write with the order id. We will be straight.

Earrings, bracelets, bangles — and which colours?

Yes. Earrings for the ear, bracelets for the wrist, bangles that slip on. Each in gold, silver, or rose — all PVD on steel, not a mall of 400 SKUs.

What if I am a wedding guest?
